Pokemon GO hackers shift focus to Sony President; Steal his Twitter account

Earlier this week, a hacking group known as OurMine claimed that they brought done Pokemon GO's servers over the weekend, in hopes of teaching Niantic a lesson about making their servers safe. Perhaps it was the criticism this statement brought on or that the hacking group is hell-bent on teaching people a lesson, but Sony President Shuhei Yoshida has been targeted by the group.

OurMine has taken control of Yoshida's Twitter account, saying that they are a "security group" that will return his account "immediately" once he contacts the group (in the event that the tweets are deleted, you can find them on the following page).

The group went on to write:

"You have been hacked by OurMine Team Visit our website to secure yourself https://ourmine.org "

Then pleaded with the Shuhei's fans once the link they supplied was blocked by Twitter, after Shuhei's followers reported the account/Tweet:

"guys, don't worry the link is safe! but twitter blocked it ,because we hacked alot people with it!"

Once fans called to report the account for being hacked, OurMine claimed they were not a hacking group:

"We are a security group, not a hacking group, we will give his account back immediately if he contact us on http://ourmine.org/news/contact-us "

Then, they followed everything up with:

It's unclear what hacking Yoshida's Twitter account will do. This isn't a hack that effects PSN or PlayStation users, it is simply an inconvenience for Yoshida. Although, this could be a tool for the group to gain some kind of noteriety.
