Pokemon Go is celebrating Thanksgiving with a another event following their successful Halloween event.
Last month, Niantic rewarded those still playing Pokemon Go with a special event to celebrate Halloween. There was a noticably increased spawn rate for ghost Pokemon as well as a double candy drop rate, making it easier to level and evolve your Pokemon. Now, they plan to repeat the roaring success of the event for Thanksgiving this week.
This week, Pokemon Go will feature a Thanksgiving feast with double experience and stardust to keep up the momentum and boost your top Pokemon. There doesn't seem to be any word on an increased spawn rate for any particular characters, but the trade-off is the bonus benefits this time will last an entire week!
The Pokemon Go Thanksgiving week will begin November 23rd and wrap on November 30th!
