Pokemon Sun & Moon, Final Fantasy XV top Amazon’s holiday video game sales list

The holidays have come and gone, but Amazon is already revealing its best-selling items of the season.

When it comes to video games, Pokemon Sun and Moon (3DS), and Final Fantasy XV (PS4) were the top three in the category. No specific sales numbers were released.

It’s not surprising to see these three games on top. Nintendo recently revealed that Pokemon Sun and Moon have already sold 85 percent more than the previous generation, X&Y – while Final Fantasy XV has shipped at least 5 million copies since its launch, making it the fastest selling entry to date.

Other interesting facts from Amazon this holiday season:

• More than one billion items shipped worldwide with Prime and Fulfillment by Amazon this holiday season
• The fastest Prime Now delivery on Christmas Eve took 13 minutes and was delivered at 9:05 p.m. to a Prime member in Redondo Beach, California
• December 23, 2016 was the biggest day ever for Prime Now deliveries worldwide and members ordered 3x more items compared to last year with one and two hour delivery worldwide
• More than 72 percent of Amazon customers worldwide shopped using a mobile device this holiday
