Primal Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza are hanging out in what seems to be an ocean and lava filled world (perhaps the beginning of the Pokémon world?) and suddenly they get sucked into some kind of rift!
Sounds awesome, right? Oh — you're asking for more context? No, sorry that's all that the trailer for the Pokémon XY movie give us!
The movie seems to be titled after the current airing season of Pokémon, XY and corresponding with Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (judging the Pokémon in the trailer). This will be the 18th movie in the Pokémon movie series and it will release in Japan on July 18th.
We don't know when it will release in other regions, but we will keep an eye out!
It looks like the Pokémon that was leaked by hackers is in the teaser. If you aren't familiar with this Pokémon and don't want to familiarize yourself with it (because of spoilers) don't highlight the text below!

Hackers have mined away at Pokémon X and Y and revealed a number of legendaries that were not previously revealed by The Pokémon Company, one of them was Hoopa (this is it in its typical form and possibly the Mega Evolved state). The funny thing about Hoopa (something that many have pointed out) is that its rings are similar to the rings around Hoenn that snap you into alternate dimensions to fight legendary Pokémon.
The teaser for Pokémon XY (the movie) also has these rings. Coincidence? I think not.
