PopCap teases Plants vs Zombies E3 2015 reveal

PopCap Games has been teasing an announcement for a couple of days and we finally know what they have been teasing, a teaser. That's right, folks, we were teased for an E3 teaser!

The teaser trailer doesn't reveal much in terms of visuals, but it does have a bit of audio that is interesting. The audio clip suggests chaotic action which could mean we might be looking at a Garden Warfare sequel.

It could be something entirely different, but by the sounds of it – not likely.

Garden Warfare is a mix of PvZ's age old tower defense and a third person shooter where players take control of either plants or the zombies. The game was filled with different modes, upgrades, new characters, skins and more. If this tease is in fact for Garden Warfare 2, we should be seeing old modes making a return alongside new modes and characters.

The game will be revealed during Microsoft's Xbox E3 2015 conference, suggesting that once again Garden Warfare will be a timed-exclusive for the Xbox One. It could even be one of the first games to feature cross-platform play with the PC via Windows 10.
