The possibility of a full-fledged Family Guy movie might be in the works if creator Seth MacFarlane Twitters account has anything to say.
While answering some fan questions on Twitter yesterday, MacFarlane gave some hope to that Family Guy movie that we’re all waiting for. The question MacFarlane was asked was "when are you going to stop fannying around and actually do a Family Guy movie ???" , this is when Macfarlane answered “Soon. Soon.”

The first Family Guy movie that debut back in 2005 was Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story and it went straight to DVD. The following year it ended up coming to TV as three separate episodes, so here's to a Family Guy movie that heads straight to the theaters.
Seth MacFarlane is not shy from the big screen from big movies like "A Million Ways to Die in the West" and the very similar comedic style of Family Guy, "Ted 1 & 2." There is still no word if this Family Guy movie is a go or not, but make sure to stick to GameZone for future updates.
