For the past 18 hours, Disney and Lucasfilm have been highlighting various Star Wars toys and merchandise that'll be available on Force Friday (September 4th) in celebration of the upcoming movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
While we saw plenty of Star Wars action figures, LEGO playsets, and nerf guns, something that caught my eye was a new bed design from Pottery Barn. It appears as though Disney has partnered with the upscale furniture retailer for a new Star Wars bed designed to look like the Millennium Falcon. There's even a little play area near the foot of the bed, designed to look like the cockpit of the ship.
Unfortunately, the bed appears to be meant for children, but if Nick Swardson taught me anything in Grandma's Boy, it's that you can sleep in any bed you want as long as it's sweet. And this Millennium Falcon is f*ckin' sweet.
There's currently no price for the Millennium Falcon bed, but it's Pottery Barn, so expect it to cost quite a bit. But can you really put a price on a child's happiness?
