Pre-order Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and get a Legendary Item in Destiny

Activision is expanding the pre-order bonuses for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare beyond the walls of Sledgehammer Games' upcoming shooter and into the universe of Bungie's Destiny. If you pre-order Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare at GameStop in the United States, you'll receive the level 20 Legendary Blacksmith Amor Shader in Destiny, which launches a week from today.

The Blacksmith Armor Shader allows you to "personalize" the look of your character by applying shades of gun metal gray, bullet brass yellow, and metallic silver to your Guardian's armor.

To receive the Legendary item in Destiny, you'll need to pre-order Advanced Warfare before September 21.  If you pre-order the game online, you'll receive a code for the item through email. For those of you who still enjoy going to your local brick-and-mortar retailer, your code will be printed on your receipt.

In addition to the Legendary item in Destiny, pre-ordering a copy of Advanced Warfare will automatically upgrade you to the Day Zero version which, among other things, grants you 24-hours early access ahead of the official launch.
