Pre-order MLB 15 The Show and get free PS4 controller skin

Odds are if you're a fan of baseball, and you own a PlsyStation, MLB 15 The Show is the baseball game of your choice. But just in case you needed some convincing in addition to — you know, the series already being one of the best available) — than perhaps some pre-order incentives will do the trick.

Pre-orders for the PlayStation exclusive MLB 15: The Show will include a code for a free PlayStation 4 custom controller skin featuring the logo of your favorite MLB team. Retailers currently offering this pre-order deal online include:

GameStop is actually one-upping the competition by also throwing in a digital item pack that includes "six MLB Player cards and two items that can be Equipment, Ritual Items, Franchise Sponsorships, or Stadiums." For those unfamiliar, these type of items are now part of MLB The Show's Universal Rewards system which rewards you with various in-game items for simply playing the game.

Odds are you won't get the skin immediately; instead, there's a code that you'll have to enter online. From there, I assume it'll either ship to your house or the store for pickup.
