Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 set to kick-off on September 24

Yesterday, Konami Digital Entertainment announced that their latest installment in the “Winning Eleven” soccer series will be set to release on September 14. If you’re not familiar with that self-proclaimed title, you likely know the franchise as Pro Evolution Soccer, and this year’s title, Pro Evolution Soccer 2014.

This year’s installment will be the first in the franchise to include Konami’s “ Fox Engine,” which aims to bring reality and gaming to a new level. The Fox Engine and many other features that come packaged in PES 2014 were shown off last month in a lengthy gameplay trailer (which can be seen below).

Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 will be releasing for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Will anyone be picking this up? And the real question: will anyone be picking this up over EA’s powerhouse, FIFA 14? Let us know by commenting below.
