Starting tomorrow, PS3 owners with a PlayStation Plus subscription in North America can download and play a 20-hour trial version of Battlefield 4. The free trial contains the full Battlefield 4 base game and will allow you to play both the single player campaign or online multiplayer modes. Once you activate the trial, you will be given 20 hours "from the moment you start playing." DICE community manager Vincent Vukovic later clarified that this means 20 hours of gameplay, and not just 20 hours.
"You'll be able to play for 20 hours of total, at your own convenience, which means that you definitely can put down the controller whenever you need to," Vukovic said.
Though EA is presumably gearing up to reveal a new Battlefield game, there's still plenty of gameplay experiences to be had in Battlefield 4. Unfortunately, this trial only applies to the PS3 version of the game.
