An advertisement for the upcoming God of War appeared in a subway. The ad itself was not that big, in fact, it was nothing bigger than a movie poster. Now a bigger and better ad has appeared because everything is better when made bigger – right?
The ad is essentially the same Father's Day ad that appeared previously, except much, much larger. Instead of being roughly the size of a movie poster, it's covering the front of a movie theater.
Once again, the ad features Kratos and his son, whose name is Atreus, with the words "Mi papa le puede al tuyo." Essentially, this ad is saying that Atreus' dad can beat everyone else's father, with the direct translation being something like "my dad can beat yours."
The upcoming God of War game for PlayStation 4, which was revealed during E3 2016, will be leaving behind Greek mythology for Norse myth. So far, we know that the game will follow the story of Kratos and his son Atreus. Other than that, details on the game have been scarce, however, we do know that motion capture filming is nearly complete.
