PS4 to get dedicated Twitch app sometime this Fall 2015

The Twitch app on Xbox One allows users to watch anything from any system currently being streamed to the service. That was a huge step up on the PlayStation 4 which didn't have a dedicated app, but instead only allowed people to watch other PS4 players. Needless to say it was very limited. Also, the feed was full of creepy Playroom streams.

TwitchCon is currently happening, and we're slowly getting some exciting news from the show. One of them being that the PS4 will finally be getting a dedicated Twitch app like on the Xbox One. Now PS4 users will be able to watch any stream from any console.

There was no set release date, but the picture states Fall 2015, which is now, so it literally could be in a few days, or in the next two months.
