You will soon be able to rent PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U games from Redbox, if the service's "Coming Soon" page is to be believed.
The page originally showed a number of PS4, Xbox One, and Wii U titles coming soon to Redbox, which allows customers to rent games and movies from their local grocery store or whever one of these machines are placed. Certain Wii U titles are said to become available as soon as tomorrow, March 25, though the company has not officially announced anything yet.
Included in the list was upcoming games (since pulled from the website) was the Wii U's Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Super Luigi Bros. U, and Lego City Undercover. PS4 and Xbox One versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, and Thief were also spotted.
With Blockbuster no longer a thing, Redbox is one of the few options consumers have to physically rent video games. And with Redbox machines in pretty accessible locations, usually in grocery stores, it makes for a very convenient trip.
