A public service announcement can come in handy every now and again, whether its for Destiny going offline or letting you know that September's PS Plus games are available. Today's friendly PSA is to let you know that the 4v1 action game, Evolve, is free on the Xbox One and PC this weekend.
That includes the entire game, all four classes (with each of the 18 individual hunters), five game modes, 19 maps, and four monsters.
If this free weekend convinces you to buy the game, all the progress you make during the weekend will transfer to the game you purchase, except not with any of the DLC. The free weekend begins today on the Xbox One and spans from 12:01 AM PDT on September 4, 2015 to 11:59 PM PDT on September 7, 2015. PC players get an extra day as their free weekend began yesterday at 12:00 PM PDT and it will end at 10:00 AM PDT on September 7, 2015.
