PSA: Xbox users report sign in issues

A quick search for the Xbox Support handle on Twitter will reveal that some Xbox owners are having issues signing in to their Microsoft accounts on their Xbox. Luckily, it's not a hardware issue or anything like that. It appears as though user authentication is to blame.

As reported by Thurrott, anyone attempting to access any type of Microsoft account is at a loss. That means that Xbox Live, One Drive, Skype, and more will be inaccessible until Microsoft has resolved whatever the issue is.

The official Xbox Support team has not made an official announcement on the outage yet, however, the Xbox Live Service Status page is reporting 'limited' core services – specifically noting that signing into Xbox Live has been affected.

There is no ETA on a fix.
