PSN to undergo maintenance on Monday, October 13

Sony has announced that PlayStation Network is to undergo maintenance on Monday, October 13. As a result, PSN will be offline for the duration of the service, which is scheduled to run from 6pm BST until 1am BST on Tuesday, October 14.

Sony notes the following services will be unavailable during this time:

  • PlayStation Store on all devices.
  • PlayStation Network Account Management.
  • PlayStation Network Account Registration.
  • Entertainment services.
  • Online gameplay – however, you may still play online if you are already signed into your SEN account via the relevant device before the maintenance begins.

Sony has yet to announce maintenance in North America, but it's exepcted to take place between 10am and 5pm PT on Monday, October 13. We'll wait for official word from Sony, though.
