PUBG Publisher Announced a New, Very Different Game

Bluehole Studios destroyed the video game equivalent of the box office with PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, and what do they plan to follow it up with? Something 100 percent different.

Today, they announced a new title they're publishing, called Ascent: Infinite Realm. It's a steampunk MMORPG being developed by Kakao Realms (those responsible for Tera Online) and published by the one and only Bluehole.

According to Bluehole, Ascent: Infinite Realm is a "groundbreaking" MMO with a setting that mixes steampunk with high-fantasy. Five classes were introduced: Warlord, Sorceress, Gunslinger, Assassin, and Mystic. Each class has two subclasses, set to be revealed at a later date.

Ascent is definitely colorful, with some very otherworldly vibes thrown in. A beta for the game is being planned for the first half of 2018. You can sign up to receive more information as it comes on their website. Better yet, keep the dial set to GameZone for more updates on Ascent: Infinite Realm and other PUBG news.
