Quantic Dream’s new game is Beyond: Two Souls

Quantic Dream boss David Cage has just confirmed that the studio is working on a new game for PlayStation 3. Titled Beyond (and dubbed Beyond: Two Souls at the end of the debut trailer), the game stars Ellen Page. Because, ya know, if The Last of Us isn't going to star the awesome actress, some game should!

The star character appears to have telekinetic abilities, and these powers will likely play a large role in the actual gameplay parts of Beyond. The visual style is very similar to Heavy Rain, but there seems to be more of a focus on action.

We'll have to wait to learn more about Beyond. From this quick look, though, this could be one hell of an action-adventure title.

Check out the trailer below from E3.
