Quantum Break purchase includes free copy of Alan Wake on Xbox One

In addition to the newly released live-action trailer for Quantum Break from developer Remedy Entertainment, Microsoft has revealed that purchasing the upcoming Xbox One-exclusive will get you another game from Remedy for free.

If you purchase Quantum Break, you'll also receive Remedy's survival-horror game Alan Wake, as well its DLC 'The Signal' and 'The Writer.'  Alan Wake, a popular game from the previous console generation, will be available to play on the Xbox One. Codes for the game and its DLC being sent to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.

Pre-ordering Quantum Break will also give you something extra for free — a copy of Alan Wake's American Nightmare, a spin-off of Alan Wake.

Alan Wake had a passionate community after it released in 2010, to the community's disappointment, the sequel to Alan Wake has been put on the back burner. Remember still remembers the game and even weaves Easter Eggs into Quantum Break content celebrating the game.

Hopefully, this pre-order incentive breathes life (and community interest) back into the Alan Wake 2 project!
