If you've ever heard of the now very popular Dice Masters games, you might not realize that they're actually spin-offs from another game entirely, called Quarriors. Quarriors is a dice building game, much like a deckbuilder, where players must recruit and then send various dice off to battle, where each dice represented a different warrior. Dice Masters is like the TCG equivalent, where the core game can be supplemented with Booster packs. Quarriors, however, is the complete game.
The iOS game, which faithfully recreates the physical version, will be free starting today, April 3 until April 10. After that, the game will cost $3.99. And hey, if you like what you've played and you want even more content, the Quarmageddon expansion for the app is only $1.99 more, and adds a slew of new dice.
