Developer Toxic Games is opening up its indie first-person puzzler QUBE to a bigger audience.
Now Mac owners can play QUBE. (Quick Understanding of Block Extrusion), which originally released for PC last year. The latest update also mentions that it's coming to PlayStation Network in Q2 2013.
Toxic is working on downloadable content for the PC version, which it also intends to release early next year. And the mobile, casual version of QUBE — QUBE Touch — is still in development. Toxic said it would have more to announce about it soon.
The developer also has ideas for a sequel, according to an update from August.
Daniel Da Rocha, one of the team's three founders, recently established a second studio called Mudvark in collaboration with Henry Hoffman, the creator of Mush for Windows Phone 7. They have released their first title, Mortar Melon, for free on Windows 8.
Fellow co-founder Jonathan Savery is working on an unspecified side project.
