Ubisoft has revealed the year two contents for the season pass of Rainbow Six Siege. It's available to purchase now for both Xbox One and PS4 online for the same price as the current pass, $29.99. Ubisoft announced two weeks ago that a second full year of content was coming, but today's reveal was unannounced.
The pass itself comes with a number of base items, as well as a full year of VIP membership granting access to other benefits. If you purchase the pass before February 7th, 2017 you also get an Obsidian weapon skin. February 7th is also going to be the release date for the new content according to Ubisoft, which is the norm for pre-order items with a "purchase before" date.
VIP Perks
This news also comes after Ubisoft announced they wouldn't be charging for essential DLC any more, with only cosmetic or non-essential items being charged. Any new maps released in year two will be free as a result, with the only charges being what you see above.
