Rainbow Six: Siege will be free-to-play this weekend

Rainbow Six: Siege has been steadily growing its player base over the last year, and there seems to be a recurring strategy accomplishing this, periodic free-to-play weekends. Yes, once again Rainbow Six: Siege will be freely available to anyone with an active Xbox Live or PSN subscription, or a free UPlay account.

The free weekend will give all players access to every map, mode, and Operator currently available in the game (basically, the full package) and starts on Thursday, February 2nd and will run through the 5th on PC and the 6th on Xbox One and PS4.

On top of that, the game will be on sale at 50% off, so if you like what you play, you can keep your progress and grab the game at a nice discount. To download the game, you can head over here on Xbox One, here on PS4, and here on PC.

This is as good a time as any to take the plunge on Rainbow Six: Siege as Ubisoft is planning to support the game with new content for a full second year.
