Rainbow Six: Siege will be free to play to Xbox Live Gold Members this weekend

Sounds like Ubisoft wants to get you interested in Rainbow Six: Siege this weekend. That is if you're an Xbox Live Gold member. Ubisoft's close-quarters 1st-Person Shooter will be available to play for free to all Gold Members this weekend starting tomorrow, July 28th at 9:00 AM PST and running until Sunday, July 31st at 11:59 PST. Rainbow Six: Siege will also be on sale all weekend, so if you find that you like the game, you will be able to grab it at a discounted rate.

Here's an excerpt from the official announcement:

"Rainbow Six Siege does more than let you experience intense firefights and expert strategy. It has a level of freedom unrivaled by any previous Rainbow Six game. Combining tactical maps, observation drones, and a new rappel system, Rainbow teams have more options than ever before to plan, attack, and diffuse these situations."

Rainbow Six: Siege released last year on December 1st, 2015 and has gone on to have one of the most popular competitive Pro Leagues in the world.
