Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault for Vita is delayed, not canceled

Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault didn't launch on the PS Vita back in November even though it was supposed to launch side by side the PlayStation 3 version as a cross-play title. But Insomniac has vehemently denied that the game is canceled.

Developer Tin Giant is still working to finish the game, which was delayed once before. Now it's moved the release to "spring 2013."

SCEA producer Greg Philips wrote on the PlayStation Blog, "We realize that this delay may be disappointing for our fans, but please know that we are doing our best to get the game into your hands as soon as possible."

As an apology, Sony is offering Ratchet & Clank: Deadlocked for PS3 as a gift to anyone who purchased Full Frontal Assault.
