Real-life Boba Fett inspired Ballistic Armor is being built by industry leaders

It can withstand real bullets.

Mandalorian lovers don't always get big news, but when they do, it's because Boba Fett has been the inspiration for new Ballistic Armor.

Ryan Flowers has been creating Boba Fett inspired airsoft armor for quite a while and now his designs are being used to create Ballistic Armor that can withstand real bullets – not airsoft bullets. The upgraded armor will feature ballistic plates from civilian, law-enforcement, and military armor crafter, AR500 Armor, and various pieces of gear from industry leaders.

Tactical gear outfitters like Heckler & Koch SOG Knives & Tools SureFire, LLC Team Wendy Armasight, Inc.., Trijicon, Inc.TEA Headsets and Wilcox Industries Corp. have come together to make this gear real and viable.

There's no price for the armor yet, but Flowers' airsoft gear (without the tactical upgrades) is around $325 on his website. The beefed up ballistic version of the armor will more than likely cost quite a bit more.
