Real NFL players will be playing Madden 17 for charity next week, viewers can win tickets to the Super Bowl

There will be lots of tailgators outside the Microsoft Store.

Football season is upon us and EA and Microsoft have teamed up to bring us some great football matches through Madden 17. Starting Tuesday, October 18th, some of the top NFL athletes will be competing against each other and a Microsoft Store and on Twitch to win the "NFL Player Charity Challenge". Two players will face off against each other and advance through brackets, the overall winner will win a donation to give to a charity of their choice!

Viewers will be able to make brackets and predict the winners. Filling out a bracket and making successful predictions will also give viewers the chance to win great prizes such as Xbox accessories, Xbox consoles, and even tickets to the Super Bowl!

The following players will be participating in the event.

  • Von Miller (LB, Denver Broncos)
  • Ndamukong Suh (DT, Miami Dolphins)
  • Matt Forte (RB, New York Jets)
  • Patrick Peterson (CB, Arizona Cardinals)
  • Greg Olsen (TE, Carolina Panthers)
  • Doug Baldwin (WR, Seattle Seahawks)
  • Devin McCourty (DB, New England Patriots)
  • Aaron Donald (DT, Los Angeles Rams)

Here are the first-round matches that will take place over the next month:

  • Oct. 18, 6:00 PM (PT): Doug Baldwin vs. Patrick Peterson
  • Oct. 25, 5:00 PM (PT): Ndamukong Suh vs. Aaron Donald
  • Nov. 1, 4:30 PM (PT): Devin McCourty vs. Matt Forte
  • Nov. 8, 5:00 PM (PT): Greg Olsen vs. Von Miller

The matches will presumably be hosted on Xbox's official Twitch channel during the times listed above.

Madden 17 is out now on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3.
