ReCore Box Art Revealed

Among the many big announcements Microsoft made at their Press Conference this year, perhaps none was more vital to the future success of the Xbox One than new IP's.  Arguably the most impactful of those new franchises, was a futuristic and post-apocalyptic game, ReCore.  The box art for the upcoming game was revealed recently depicting the lead character off to the side, with the focal point being the mechanical dog with the giant blue orb of life.

Even though no gameplay was shown at E3, everything about ReCore appears to revolve around the idea of the player manipulating the cores within the game environment which brings whatever object it touches to life. The box art is a clear indication of that, as the focal point of the image is the core sitting between the two halves of the robotic dog.

Though, it goes without saying that you probably just could have looked at the title and made a pretty accurate guess as to what the game was going to be about. ReCore currently has no concrete release date, but is aiming to come out sometime in Spring 2016.
