STORM ENTERTAINMENT SIGNS DEALS WITH DEVELOPERS FOR AN EXCITING NEW SERIES
OF GAMES

MORRISVILLE,
N.C., February 16, 2000 Leading publisher and game developer Red Storm
Entertainment, Inc. has signed deals with Red Lemon Studios, Climax and
Crawfish Interactive Ltd. to produce as yet untitled games based on BKN’s
series Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths & Legends. The games are
scheduled for release in Q4 of 2000.

Based
in Scotland, Red Lemon Studios will be developing Roswell Conspiracies:
Aliens, Myths & Legends the game, for the PlayStation platform. Red Lemon
introduced the property to Red Storm earlier this year.  Andy Campbell,
Managing Director of Red Lemon commented, "Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens,
Myths & Legends as a property appeals to the kid in us as a developer.
We were pleased to see Red Storm share that enthusiasm. We are very excited at
the mass-market opportunities of the game, and look forward to working with
Red Storm on this exciting project."  Red Lemon specializes in the
creation of titles for PC, PlayStation and DreamCast, and is most recently

Climax
Group, based in the United Kingdom, has signed on to develop the game for the
Nintendo 64 and DreamCast platforms. Climax is an experienced and active
technology developer for the DreamCast, Nintendo 64, Game Boy Color, and
PlayStation platforms. Titles Climax have developed include Populous: The
Beginning and Diablo for the PlayStation, Battlezone 64 for the Nintendo 64,

Based
in London, U.K., Crawfish Interactive Ltd. will develop the game for the Game
Boy Color. This company is a video games developer specializing in handheld
consoles, including the Game Boy Color. To date Crawfish have produced
critical and chart successes for global publishers including Red Storm
Entertainment, Acclaim, Activision, Midway, Crave and GTi with many more in

Storm initially announced the deal with BKN after the Electronic Entertainment
Expo in May. Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths & Legends began airing on
BKN, America’s third broadcast kids network, on August 29, 1999, and already
has a two-year air commitment.  Producers of the show, which is the first
full in-house production from BKN’s Los Angeles-based animation studio,
describe it as an X-Files for the younger set. Internationally the series has
been sold to such leading broadcasters as Super RTL (Germany), BBC (UK),
Mediaset (Italy) and Cartoon Network (Latin America).
