The very first paid extension of Fallout 4 is set to land on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at midnight, but for PlayStation gamers there is a slight catch.
Bethesda announced the news using the official Fallout Twitter account, take a look:

As you have probably noticed from the tweets above, those playing on a PS4 in North America will have an extended wait, with the latest DLC expected to land at 10am PT/ 1pm ET.
The decision for a delayed release had been questioned by man fans, some might have even thought it was a typo. However, the vice president of marketing at Bethesda, Pete Hines, has released the following statement: “This is when DLC deploys via PSN. 1pm is what we were told.”
This new pack will be a completely free download for those that have purchased the Fallout 4 Season Pass, but for those that haven't got a pass the prices can be found below:
