Remember Me developers reveal new game, Vampyr

The Paris based studio DONTNOD has revealed their latest project, Vampyr. Technically, the publisher Dead Good Media made the official reveal via Twitter.

DONTNOD released their first game, Remember Me, in 2013 and have recently been working on Life is Strange, an episodic adventure game, whose first episode is set to release in at the end of this month. Considering the amount of work DONTNOD will be doing on Life is Strange, the studio has been working on setting up a secondary team to tackle development on Vampyr.

Vampyr (it will be an action RPG) is set after World War One, players will be taking on the role of a doctor during the Spanish Flu. One of the doctor's patients end up biting the doctor and turns him into a vampire. From then on the games tag line, "Take blood. Save a life" goes into effect. The doctor is faced with moral decisions – whether to save patients or feed off of them. DONTNOD suggests that the choice of using Y in Vampyr instead of using the typical spelling (vampire) is based off of the moral decisions in the game.

What the doctors choices will affect in the game has not been revealed, nor has the possibilities of multiple endings.
