Reminder: PlayStation Network down for maintenance today

Just a reminder, maintenance on the PlayStation Network begins (or already began, rather) today. The planned maintenance is scheduled to last from 9:30am to 3:30pm Pacific Time (12:30pm to 6:30pm Eastern Time) — approximately 6 hours.

Those of you who have signed into PSN recently should still be able to play games online and access partner apps like Netflix during this period; however, the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Home, and Account Management are all unavailable. As a result, you may receive a maintenance notification when attempting to access tehse services.

Although the maintenance is only scheduled to last for six hours, it's worth pointing out that the last maintenance period was extended well beyond the estimated window. As always, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
