Reminder: PSN down for maintenance

Receiving a message that reads "Sony Entertainment Network is undergoing maintenance" when you attempt to access the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Home?

That's because PSN is down due to a maintenance session that Sony announced earlier today. Sony didn't explain exactly what they are working on, but did say it's to "continue to deliver you the best online games experience."

I'm not exactly sure what that entails, but if it means PSN won't crash the next time there's a PS4 update then I'm all for it.

Sony expects the maintenance to last until approximately 11:00pm PDT, but you know how these things can be. I wouldn't be surprised if a little extra downtime was needed.
