Publisher NIS America is bringing one of the older Disgaea tactical role-playing games to PlayStation Network on January 22, but it's specifically based on an early version.
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories debuted in 2006 on the PlayStation 2, but it also appeared on the PSP in 2009 as Disgaea 2: Dark Hero Days. We gave both titles 9/10 scores.
It's doubtful that this coming rerelease on PSN will include the additional levels, skills, and characters included in the PSP version as this seems to be a straight port of the PS2 game.
Cursed Memories will cost $9.99 as a digital download.
