République successfully funded for iOS, PC, and Mac

A final surge of support pushed République toward its Kickstarter goal of $500,000 despite what looked like a premature end for the title.

Developers Camouflaj and Logan had been struggling to gain backers even with the promise of a PC and Mac edition (previously dismissed by Ryan Payton — see our interview) and the announcement of new cast members, voice-actors David Hayter of Metal Gear Solid and Jennifer Hale of Mass Effect. Thanks to their extra efforts and the dedication of fans, République has pulled through.

Congratulations to the team members on their momentous success!
