Capcom has revealed the list of trophies for the upcoming remaster of Resident Evil 0 and it looks like the developers really want you to test your survival skills. Mixed among the typical Trophies and Achievements are three feats of strength that will be the most annoying to achieve.
Capcom is issuing a challenge to player that builds up to the ultimate challenge and it all begins with 'Allergic to First Aid Spray.' This Trophy/Achievement challenges you to complete the game without using a single First-Aid Spray. Once you complete that achievement, you might as well aim for 'This is Serious Business' and complete the game without using a single recovery item – not even Green Chemicals.
Once you knock those two bad boys, you can prove yourself with the 'Save Your Prayers' Trophy/Achievement. It's easy, all you have to do is finish the game without saving.

| Dead, Dead, Deadski | Defeat a zombie by stomping on them. |
| This is How You Recycle | Create a Molotov Cocktail. |
| Fashion Plate | Change into a costume. |
| Here I Come to Save the Day | Attack an enemy to save your partner who is grappling with that enemy. |
| Guns are Too Quick | Defeat an enemy with a knife. |
| Misdirected Hostility | Destroy a zombie's legs. |
| Fileophile | Read all files. |
| Apprentice of Unlocking | Obtain all keys and use them all. |
| Find Time to Combine | Combine every type of herb with each other. |
| I Could Shoot, You Know | Obtain all weapons. |
| I'm a Medic, Not a Bodybuilder | Try to push something heavy with Rebecca. |
| Wanna Go for a Ride? | Earn all trophies. |
