Resident Evil 2015 remake gets new screenshots, comparisons

Resident Evil was originally released 18 years ago, in 1996 on the original PlayStation. Let that sink in for a minute.

Around 5-6 years after its release, Resident Evil made its way on to the GameCube. From there it hopped over to the Wii and here we are, waiting for it to port to the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One fully remastered.

Capcom updated their blog with a bunch screens comparing the Wii port/remake with the 2015 remake, and oh boy, does it look good.

You can check out some more comparisons and new screenshots over on the Capcom Blog.

This is the game that made me fall in love with survival horror games! What do you think of Resident Evil and how the remake is coming along?

Let me know!
