Resume ‘focus groups’ list Mirror’s Edge 2, Battlefield: Bad Company 3

It's no secret that folks want Mirror's Edge 2; the original title sold well for EA, and was an outstanding mix of free-running and combat. If a recent resume listing has any substantial meaning, then fans may be getting exactly what they wish, a sequel.

The resume of an EA programming student was made available online earlier this week. In it he lists his participation in focus groups, which span from 2009 to 2011 for not only Mirror's Edge 2, but also Battlefield: Bad Company 3 and a new Devil May Cry title. These groups tend to meet throughout game production – anywhere from pre-production to product finalization, so it's difficult to say if this resume has any true impact, but it's definitely interesting that EA's conversing about these highly wished-for titles.

Apart from the Devil May Cry listing, EA hasn't been shy in teasing the possibility of both Mirror's Edge 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 3, which makes this resume story so intriguing. Could E3 2012 be the perfect stage for EA to unveil these anticipated titles? Time will only tell, but until then, let us know your thoughts on the possibility of more Mirror's and Battlefield!
