During E3 2016, Sony announced that the original Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped would be remastered for PlayStation 4. At the time, the did not make it clear when the remaster would be heading our way.
A retailer has listed the Crash Bandicoot remaster for a February 2017 release, and oddly enough, it's scheduled on the same day as the PlayStation 4 exclusive Horizon: Zero Dawn is set to release.
The Finnish retailer, VPD.fi (via Reddit), has detailed the game to release on February 28th, 2017. It's unclear whether or not this is a placeholder date or not. The game can be added to your basket for pre-order, contains a trailer, and some details that make the listing appear real, but you never really know with retailers.
We know that retailer listings should be taken with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to pre-orders. One Swedish retailer listed Half-Life 3 for pre-order… and that game doesn't even exist.
