Retailers reveal release date for Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition

Those pesky retailers, letting people know release dates.

In the beginning of the year, retailers listed a Definitive Edition of Darksiders 2 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It turned out that the retailers were correct about its existence, but not about its name. In June, Nordic Games officially announced Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition for the PS4 and Xbox One.

Nordic Games has yet to officially reveal a release date for the the enhanced game, but that hasn't stopped AmazonGameStop, Best Buy, and Walmart from revealing it. According the retailers, the Deathinitive Edition will release on October 27 (the same day as Halo 5).

This rework of Darksiders 2 isn't some simple port – it's actually quite a bit of content that's being tweaked and enhanced.
