Retro Studios, the developers behind popular the Metroid games and Mario Kart 7, could be working on an unannounced IP. Two talented artists, Eric Kozlowsky (of Naughty Dog and Square Enix) and Gray Ginther (of THQ and Insomniac Games) are both now listed as working for Retro Studios on LinkedIn.
For those unfamiliar, Eric Kozlowsky worked as an Environment artist at Naughty Dog on Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Gray Ginther has worked as a 3D character artist on Darksiders and the Ratch & Clank series.

Kozlowsky wrote on his blog:

Let the speculation begin.
