Rise of the Tomb Raider PC listed for January release

Last year we found out that Rise of the Tomb Raider was going to be a timed exclusive for the Xbox platform, which will follow an “early 2016” release for PC while PS4 waits until Fall of 2016. Thanks to Amazon France, that early 2016 PC release date is much earlier than we expected.
As you can see from the screenshot above, Amazon France has Rise of the Tomb Raider scheduled for January 29th, 2016. This would fit the bill for early 2016, but as of now there has been no confirmation.

Last week during the Video Game Awards, the first piece of DLC for Rise of the Tomb Raider was revealed. As there is still no release date for the Baba Yaga DLC, perhaps Microsoft and Crystal Dynamics is waiting to announce both of them at a closer date.
Rise of the Tomb Raider was an overall phenomenal game, it took everything we loved from the Tomb Raider reboot which launched a couple years ago and made it exponentially better.
