Road Rage trailer shows off open world story missions and melee combat

Maximum Games released a new trailer today for their upcoming melee-brawler Road Rage. We get an extensive look at some of the brutal combat, as well as the story line we'll get a chance to play in the game.

We take over the role of Reef Jackson, the newest member of the outlaw motorcycle club controlling underground crime in the city of Ashen. There are absolutely no limits in Road Rage. Ride through a vast open-world environment, play as a range of distinct characters, explore unique neighborhoods, customize bikes and weapons, and battle your way to become ruler of the road.

Road Rage takes place in the city of Ashen, where you have joined a motorcycle gang in order to change your life. As ironic as that sounds, the gangs have taken over the city and you'll need to smash and bash your way up the ladder, eventually becoming club president. With a story line of 42 missions and 56 side missions (98 total), we'll have plenty of opportunities to live out our inner Negan fantasies.
