ROCCAT announces the new Kova performance gaming mouse

In 2010, Roccat released the popular Kova[+], with streamlined aesthetics that many loved. Today, the German peripheral company announced the launch of its all new Kova performance gaming mouse, which will hit stores worldwide on November 17, 2015.

The new Kova has a sleek, ambidextrous design for both left and right-handers alike. But it's not all looks; the new Kova has doubled-up core functionality and was build for raw performance. It sports a Pro-Optic R6 sensor with 3500 native dpi featuring Overdrive mode, which allows you an effective dpi of 7000. It also has a Turbo Core V2 32-bit ARM-based MCU.

Since it's an ambidextrous mouse, there are two Smart Cast buttons on each side of the mouse near mouse 1 and mouse 2 buttons, both optimally placed within finger-tip reach. Like most Roccat products, the Kova has a vivid RGB lighting system, with 16.8 million colors to let you configure the lighting of the scroll wheel and mouse rim. It also has another staple of Roccat products — the Easy-Shift[+] tehcnology that doubles the total number of button function up to 22. The mouse is also compatible with Roccat's new Swarm driver system.

The new Roccat Kova, which comes in black and white, releases worldwide on November 17, 2015 and will retail for 59.99 Euro (about $68).
