Rocket League sales surpass $50 million

After taking only $2 million to make, Psyonix has announced that Rocket League has surpassed the $50 million mark in sales.

The game was released in July on both PC and PS4 and was one of the few which allowed cross play between the two consoles. With an announcement at The Game Awards of Rocket League coming to Xbox One, Psyonix's revenue will only increase exponentially with 50% more available platforms at their disposal.

Rocket League has a winter holiday pack out now transforming the arena into an ice covered hockey rink and has also received a number of free updates and items. The game is available now on PC and PS4 for $19.99.
