Rocket League won’t be getting Xbox One X support until late 2018

But at least it's coming.

The Xbox One X is currently the most powerful piece of hardware on the console market, and several significant titles have already taken advantage of the added power. The ever-popular Rocket League, however, has not. Yet, developer Psyonix has just revealed that their development roadmap for 2018 includes an Xbox One X patch.

Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing it until “late 2018.”

Before then, Psyonix will be adding in-game tournaments, cross-platform matchmaking parties, and even performance improvements to the Nintendo Switch.
