Rockstar artists portfolio shows Liberty City allegedly in GTA 5 engine

Towards the end of April a rumor surfaced that suggested Grand Theft Auto 5 would be getting some huge Story DLC. This DLC would bring the New San Andreas regions (San Andreas, San Fierro and Las Venturas) and a new main characters.

Now, a screenshot that appears to show Liberty City from GTA 3 and GTA 4 has surfaced, except this time in the GTA 5 engine. Fans on GTAForums (via GamesRadar) have tracked down the image to an online portfolio of Adrian Page. It turns our that Page and an artist at Rockstar Games share the same name, which likely means that the two are the same person (LinkedIn).

Now, this doesn't mean that the picture (as seen above and below) means anything. While the image could mean that GTA 5 will be getting Liberty City DLC, the image could have been a mock up for unreleased content or even just for fun.

However, it should be noted that the CEO of Take Two Initiative, Strauss Zelnick recently spoke on GTA remasters. Zelnick was quoted saying that remasters are "something [Rockstar Games] will decide in due course," but something they would only do if consumers would purchase them.
