Grand Theft Auto V’s new nightclub-centric update, After Hours, dropped last week and it’s pretty damn good. To celebrate the launch, Rockstar Games partnered with renowned DJ Solomun to debut one of his songs in the game and create a music video using 100% assets from GTA V.
The song titled Customer is King features a beat that fits the luxurious but seedy world of Los Santos and the music video sees Solomun himself delivering packages across the city during key events of the story of the main game. As he attempts to navigate the seemingly never-ending chaos present in the state of San Andreas, he crosses paths with characters like Lester, Lamar, and Amanda, finds himself caught in between the heists the main cast of GTA V are performing, and much more.
There are tons of little details hardcore GTA V fans will appreciate throughout the entire video such as the tennis instructor jumping out the back window of Michael’s house when Solomun drops a package off. The video was shot and directed by Rockstar Games in collaboration with Solomun and features custom mo-cap and animations specific for this video.
This music video for Customer is King continues to prove that GTA V is not only a great game but an awesome tool for all kinds of creators. You can check out the music video below.
