Rogue One Crosses $520M World Wide Box Office

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story was already the second biggest release for a movie in December. When we last updated, it made $150M in three days. Today it steamrolls that number in international sales.

In the international box office, Rogue One has passed $523.8M today. The title isn't even out in every region yet either. It will come to Korea next, then China on January 6.

Rogue One is hitting at 43% compared to the sales of The Force Awakens at this time last year, although it was already released in Korea at the time. According to statistics at Deadline, these are the current statistics for the international market:

  • UK ($42.1M)
  • Germany ($21.8M)
  • France ($19.6M)
  • Australia ($18.2M)
  • Japan ($16.7M)
  • Brazil ($8.7M)
  • Russia ($8.5M)
  • Spain ($8.2M)
  • Mexico ($8.1M)
  • Italy ($5.8M)
